All of our items are made to order and individually customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us! If there is a mistake on our end — such as a defect in the item or an error in the embroidery — please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
